Okay, since the Kate/Hurley convo is done, I'm passing this message on from the Mistress: Ladies and gentleman, please direct your attention to the "Current Weather" update at the top of the RPG page. As you will notice, we are currently experiencing thunder and lightning, followed closely by heavy rain. Buckle up; it's gonna' be a bumpy night.

Where exactly has Jack gone? I just want to know so I can send Ana over for a chat. I can cut short the conversation she's having with Sayid due to the heavy rain and send her off to shelter wherever Jack is for the time being. It'll give Kate more time with the Marshall.

Hmm, I believe he's over at the luggage pile in G3 - Camp, looking for more meds. As for where he went when the rain started, that's up to Mister Ben. Still waiting for a reaction from Sarah before I make my move...

Double-posting to say sorry, MM, I might have needlessly confused you. You were intending for Ana to distract Jack while Kate and/or Sawyer slip in to visit the Marshal, right? Which wouldn't happen till later that night, right? My bad. Too much wine for the trolley dolly. Anyway, Kate's being strangled, everyone's running from the rain, and as you were...

Alrighty, just one more post by Bennyboy and we're switching to evening as soon as that's done! I hope everyone's in a good skip-ahead place. If not, speak now or forever hold your peace! ;D

Alrighty everyone, we are skipping to evening of the same day, Day 4. The weather will now be dry, cool, scattered clouds. All we need to do is have Sawyer shoot the sheriff... I mean marshal and put him out of our misery... I mean his misery.

Ladies and gentleman, I bring you the return of Shannon. In all her bitchy, high-maintenance glory. As expected, she's wandering around G3 Camp yelling for Boone.
And obviously, if Ms. Starling does return, she can have Shannon back.

I've done my part, the plane can crash in Otherville now.

We gonna skip the whole book club thing? If everyone is alright with that, then we will. As for the marshal, I have Kate en route to the tent, but I need her to talk to Jack briefly about seeing the marshal which means I need Jack to be in the shelter if he isn't already. Then she can go in, have Sawyer sneak in, Hurley tells Jack that Kate is packing, etc., etc., etc.

Aw, don't skip the Book Club! It was our first real glimpse of the Others interacting. And given what we now know, I'd really like to see it again. And I'm sure those people playing Others would like to have a scene together...

There's no one in the book club that I think we have being played, other than Juliet... so we could just have her do the post of the whole thing.

But...but...the burnt muffins! Karli and Aaron were planning to be at the Book Club, I think... And whenever you need Hurley again, just let me know. I'm kinda' confused by the chronology of that scene, so be prepared to spell it out for me using small words.

It seems like we have everything in place to undertake the plane crash. The Book Club could probably just be handled by Ben and Juliet- given that they'd be the only two in attendance who dialogue much in the scene.

Actually, it's Juliet and Andy that argue the merits of her Book Club choice. Karli and Aaron has also mentioned attending, so...Lee-O? Pearl? Anyone? Bueller?
Blah blah Carrie-cakes, the house shakes, everyone runs outside to watch the plane crash, Cyrus and Goodwin are dispatched to meet the newcomers. And scene.

Well if Karlie and Aaron are gonna attend, they need to get their butts back from Alcatraz. Might be perfect timing for them to arrive back so that Tom and Sofia can hop aboard and head over. I was wondering how those two were going to get over there since Karli and Aaron had taken the boat.

I don't want Tom to leave the island before the plane crash, because obviously he was off doing something--but I'd like for him to come back and find Ben left.
I'm looking forward to that backstory being explained.

Hey, just a quick question. I was reading through a transcript of Tabula Rasa, to see how each scene plays out and I'm a little confused, when Sawyer shoots the marshal, and Jack kicks him out of the tent, does Jack end up killing the marshal?

Ah, yep. Though we're never told exactly how. Jack knows by that point that the Marshal's really most sincerely dead, he just has to choose whether it'll be slow by bleeding out for hours or quick by...some other method.

I'm thinking that Jack probably choked him or broke his neck. I do remember hearing kinda a gurgling sound, but that's all. I guess it's up to you, Bennyboy. I'm starting to catch up now. Others, let me know when you're ready for the plane crash scene and I'll set it up.
