Okay everyone, we're now starting on Day 2! Here's a timeline of some important things that occurred in the show that we should probably work in. It's up to us to decide exactly how it will be done and who will be involved. Also, if you have a plot you'd like to play out for your character that's not listed below and would like it added, please reply to this thread and let us know. Thanks so much to johnlocke481516234 for compiling this! DAY 2 TIMELINEDONE - Day 2 (Morning): Jack, Kate and Charlie go into the jungle to find the transceiver. (Jack tells the pilot they crashed 16 hours ago, so that makes it approximately 8:16 a.m. when they find the pilot) DONE - Day 2 (Mid day): Sawyer and Sayid fight, Michael finds Kate's cuffs. DONE - Day 2 (Night): Burning of the fuselage (we moved this up to day 2) ~*~*~*~*~*~ MOVING THIS TO DAY 3 - Day 2 (Late Afternoon): Sayid, Sawyer, Kate, Charlie, Boone and Shannon try to pick up a signal on the transceiver. While trying to help Jack with the marshel Hurley passes out. Sawyer shoots a polar bear. The marshel warns Jack about Kate. Sayid picks up a signal, Shannon translates it. Jack finds out who Kate really is. MOVING THIS TO DAY 3 - Day 2 (Night): Sayid, Kate, Sawyer, Charlie, Boone and Shannon try to decide whether or not to tell the others about the distress call. Boone tries to take the gun. ~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~ These are the major events only. For finer details of events that don't necessarily need to be repeated in the RPG, you can view a Timeline here.

Lmao, I agree. I actually spent a good hour figuring out the exact time of crash, island time and what time it'd be in Australia, which helped me to figure out the time difference between the island and Australia, which helped me to figure out approximately what time the flight took off, approximately what time they had radio troubles and turned around, and approximately what time they found the pilot. Phew! The time difference made it a bit tricky, but thanks to the season 2 finale, we found out what time it was on the island when the plane was brought down, thanks to Desmond.

Makes me feel dumb...lol Don't forget the weather! Very rainy at first. And when Charlie,Jack and Kate begin to run is where they hear the monster noises on the beach.

Yah, the weather. Strange weather they have. It seemed to only rain in the jungle area because every time they flashed back to the beach, it was warm and sunny...

Alrighty, those of us going on the hike to find the cockpit (Jack, Kate, Charlie, Gwen), we need to figure out how we're going to do this since we're not all always on at the same time.
I was thinking that those of us who are on, do maybe about 5 posts, wait for those who weren't on to do about 5 posts and so on and so forth until we get there. That way, everyone gets to do some dialoging.
If we start from F3 Survivor's Camp, it should take us about an hour. I've created an F4 - Jungle Trail to Cockpit for our characters to chat and get to know each other in for our journey over.
Any questions, please let me know! Also, I hear Jinx might be joining the trek?

Yes, Jinx has decided to join the trek. Gwen accepts the blame for that. She wants to try to find her luggage in the first class compartment.

OK, people, listen up and no talking in the back. Sorry if I come across as mean, I'm trying to be nice. Things have been going pretty darn crazy, and way too much has been going on. It's only day two, and everyone needs to slow down a little. This was something that was discussed before the RPG started, and this happened in the old RPG. This was one of the reasons the old RPG went the way of Hoban Washburne. So, everyone, (and Heidi has talked to me about this) please, please, please slow down. I know everyone is eager to start RPing, and getting into it, but realistically, it's only day two. People are still getting their bearings, they aren't hunting or thinking about life on the island yet. In the minds of pretty much everyone, those rescue boats are on the horizon. Is that shiny with everyone? Just please slow down. It would be apprieciated. Be patient, guys. We're not well into the RPG yet. Keep it slow and shiny. Thanks.

Does that mean we can't do as many posts or that our characters have just got to keep in character as if they're still in shock etc?

Yes, jemma. Slow down on the posts, and your characters are all probably still in shock a bit.
One more thing. Don't use the Others or the Monster, only mods can, as they're more mysterious aspects that affect everyone, no matter what they're doing. Using other survivors like Arzt is fine, however.

Also Ethan, it seems people are getting to know eachother pretty quick, I'm just saying, they'd probably be a little more independant, I know I've already made this mistake a couple of times, but again I'm just saying.

Agreed, johnlocke.
Yes, people are being a little too friendly towards another. Remember, they're all just strangers right now.

And one more thing since we're getting all the nitpicking out. If you're playing more than one character, please avoid the characters that you are playing from interracting with each other too much. For example, Heidi and Kate will probably hardly ever talk, if ever at all.
