One of the areas that survivors have set up camp. All areas outside of shelters. Look for specific threads for inside the survivor's tents/shelters. The following survivors have a shelter in this area: 1. Ana Lucia 2. Claire 3. Dex 4. Edmund 5. Grace 6. Jack 7. Jamie 8. Jemima 9. Jinx 10. Kate 11. Krystal 12. Lee-o 13. Locke 14. Lucas 15. Natalie 16. Rose & Bernard 17. Ruby 18. Sarah Parker 19. Sawyer 20. Sonny 21. Vivian 22. Willo Location found in box F3 below: Each box is 3 miles by 3 miles. It takes an hour to walk 3 miles. But also keep in mind that hiking (like that really steep hill to get to higher ground) will take a heck of a lot longer and that if you're running (like from some jungle thing), that you'll get somewhere faster.

*Grace enters, presumably from her shelter*
What a night. Between getting used to the noises of the night and just missing the comforts of home --at this point, she would do just about anything for a hot shower and food other than fruit and leftover airplane meals-- Grace hadn't gotten a whole lot of sleep. Now, she shambled out into the camp, tugging the ponytail holder out of her hair and letting her hair fall loose around her face. She felt like a zombie, all gross and tired and probably quite unattractive to look at by now. And she was thirsty. Carrying her last half-empty bottle of water, she sat down and watched the other survivors beginning their mornings. People watching was always a fun pasttime.

Vivian
Morning time, that means another day alive and not rescued. We’ll at least she was alive, and Vivian planned on staying alive for a long time. She had some babies and a wife to get home too. But that was not the first thing on her mind, the monster was still out there in the Jungle. Vivian knew that to stay alive meant staying out of there. Unless she was needed, there would be no way she was stepping foot into the Jungle.
Vivian worried mostly about the group who went in there, she wasn’t sure why they went. But all she knew, they could be hurt or dead. Vivian could tell at least a few people were worried, kind of looking into the trees for signs of the others. Anything that said they were close, they too didn’t dare step foot into the jungle.
Vivian welcomed the Warm sun, normally she would be freezing her butt off. Times in New York where she just wanted to burry herself under the blankets and cancel all her morning appointments. But Kathy could come into the room with a cup of coffee and a smile on her face. Vivian knew she was making it worse for herself. thinking about Kathy, Emilee and Cody all the time made being on the island hell. Some seemed to have adapted as much as they could.

**Claire enters from her shelter**
She walked towards the waterline, stretching slightly. Usually she was never able to fall asleep easily, seeing as the baby would always kick and keep her up, but last night she was able to sleep with no trouble at all. She sat down as she let the water wash up against her legs. It was a feeling she loved and it kept her relaxed.

Willo emerged from his shelter the same way he did all five mornings so far--wishing he had got more sleep. He yawned and stretched as he greeted the sun with a cold gaze. He had never been a morning person, and nearly dieing hadn't changed that at all. He rubbed the inside of his eyelids as he sighed and put on a shirt. He silently cursed and took a swig of water from a water bottle. Something in his gut told him today was not going to be a good day.

-Enter from F3 - Camp - Lee-o's Shelter - Day 5-6-
Exiting my shelter i look around, the sun was hurting my eyes. in a way i wished i took better care of my sunglasses. i made my way far off, i liked being by myself. sitting down near the water i watch the waves crashing into each other.

Shannon crossed the sand and came to a stop in front of a pair of crossed-legs in boots and jeans, lounging on one of the airplane seats and reading. Word around camp was that Sawyer had managed to procure anything and everything of value so she would have to ask him politely. Or not.
“Have you got it or what?” she snapped.
Sawyer barely looked up from his book to regard the tall blonde. “You're in my light, Sticks,” he muttered.
“’Light sticks’?” she repeated. “What the hell is that--“
“Light, comma, sticks. As in those legs of yours,” he clarified, letting his eyes wander along her body.
Shannon huffed in annoyance. “Look, while I really love my new nickname, and I think it's really sweet—“
“Calm down. I got your damn stuff.” He reached into a bag beside him and took out a can of bug repellent.
“It'll keep off sand fleas?” she asked, scratching at her still-itching leg.
“You bet. Even has aloe,” he added, glancing at the can before holding it out to her.
She grabbed the can from him. “How much?”
“Your money's no good here,” Sawyer shrugged.
“Then what the hell do you want?
He smiled up at her.
“If you really think I—“ she scoffed.
“Five grand,” he stated flatly.
She furrowed her brow in confusion. “I thought you said my money was no good here.”
“I was negotiating,” he remarked. “I could take an I.O.U. Something tells me you're good...for it.” He gave her another lascivious smirk.
She threw the can back at him, turning to walk away. Sawyer smiled and tucked the can back into his bags.

***Jack and Boone enter from G3 - Area of Survivors Camp***
JACK
Boone continued to follow Jack. He just wished he would leave him alone. As Jack would walk faster as would Boone. The heat from Boone's frustration was practically visible. To Jack's amazement, Boone didn't get the hint that he got his point across. Instead Boone continued to bother Jack.
BOONE
"You think you're all noble and heroic for coming after me? I was fine!" Boone yelled, almost at the verge of breaking down. Boone could not even begin to explain how angry he was that Jack saved the attempted hero instead of the actual person in distress. "You're not the only one who knows what to do around here, you know that? I run a business!" not really thing what one had to do with the other, but Boone would do anything to make it clear to Jack that he wasn't the only one who did anything around the camp. Of course Jack didn't think about it that way at all, but Boone was to angry to consider that. "Who appointed you our savior, huh? What gives you the right..."
JACK
He stopped in his tracks. No longer concerned about Boone. He stared out at the jungle. He could see him again, the mysterious man.
BOONE
"Look at me. Hey, I'm talking to you," Boone ordered Jack. Boone was furious at the lack of respect he was receiving from Jack. Just another thing to add to his already boiling anger.
JACK
He was now completely tunning out Boone as he saw his chance to finally catch the mysterious man. But from Jack's previous experience with this man, he had to make sure he kept all concentration on him. Jack began running towards the man, almost instantly forgetting that Boone was ever talking to him.
***Jack leaved for F3 - Jungle Outskirts of Survivor's Camp***
BOONE
"Look at me, Jack. Where are you going?" Boone asked hoping that Jack would finally take notice to him and talk to him. "Hey, where are going?" he repeated himself, this time with a much angered tone. "Hey!"

BOONE
(((OOC: I'm 40% sure they put Claire in Jack's tent, which would be where Charlie realizes the water's missing, so I'll just assume that that's right, if I'm wrong please feel free to correct me)))
He watched as Jack simply ran off in the middle of their conversation. Boone tightened his fists in rage, but let it all out with a deep sigh. All he wanted to do was help, but everyone just figured he was a joke. As he began sulking as he walked along the beach, he saw his chance to finally earn respect. He looked over into Jack's tent. He would ration the remaining water to help conserve it.

Vivvy Vivian sat, there was nothing more she could do. she was no good to anyone here, she couldn't set up a therapist table and usher people in and out of her tent. plus she couldn't even think about work, i mean could she? plus her doctor skills she had went to school for, well that didn't work out. she could hardly stand the sight of blood, thats why she went into Therapy. Blood wasn't her strong suit, but she could bare it... Placing her wallet back in her pocket she sighed, she couldn't look at her pictures anymore. it made separation worse, so she just relaxed in the sand waiting for a rescue that would never come. WILLO
The always out of place Willo found a place under a tree and began to write. He started slow, as he always did. He scrateched out a few words in pen and then, suddenly, without any warning, began to write nonstop.
It happened again. I have doomed us all. I am writing to you now as far away from the world as one can get while being on the world. It has been six days since I caused us to land here, and there seems to be no hope of rescue. Some people are still holding out hope, but I fear all is lost.
Fate has once again caused me pain, and this time killed over 200 people, I fear. The 40-or-so that remain are already forming a social ladder, of which I buried below the ground. The only person I can talk to is someone who is deaf. Or was.
I get the feeling that some of us, myself included, will not want to leave this place before my story is completed. Some so that they can remain safe. I am more concerned with the safety of the rest of the world.

***Gwen enters from Jack's tent***
As she walked past the other survivors, she kept her arms crossed and her head down. Hoping that the closed-off posture would stave off any questions. If they asked her why she'd gone into the jungle, what she'd found there, she couldn't tell them the truth. So it was better to tell them nothing. Not as if they needed any more bad news after that poor woman's drowning.
And still no sign of Jack. Maybe Kate would have an idea of where to find him, but there was no sign of Kate either.

She had dozed off on the sand, which was probably not the best of ideas. But really, she was only a few feet away from her shelter so the rise and fall of the tide wasn't an issue. It was more the blazing hot sun on a tropical island in the middle of the ocean that was the issue. Grace managed to wake up before she was too sunburned -- just a lovely even pinkish color over her face, neck, and the rest of her skin that wasn't covered by clothing. Yawning and stretching, she picked up her now two-thirds empty water bottle and looked around. Hey, people she knew. But Gwen looked in no mood to talk, and Willo seemed awfully absorbed in his writing, so Grace ambled down the beach to see what else was going on.

WILLO
He glanced up to see Grace just as her head turned away. He wondered if she knew how often he thought of her, and decided it was better she not know--they had just met. 'For a writer,' he told himself, 'you sure are bad at expressing your feelings.' He set his pen down and watched her for a moment, a delighted grin on his face. The island had cured her. After everything he had seen and heard, he had witnessed a miricle.
And damn, did she look good, sunburn and all.
He sat down his notebook and leaned against the tree, which caused a vibration which led to a large amount of fruit from the tree falling onto him, covering him in a sticky substance.
"I...DAMMIT!" he shouted.
MASON
Mason weaved his way through people, glancing around for one of the seven. They had returned, and he had urgent buisness to attend to. Gwen. He spotted her and made his way over with skill and speed. He looked at her for a minute, and had to immediatelyh change plans.
"Gwen," he said, walking up to her. "Can I talk to you for a minute?"

"Gwen, can I talk to you for a minute?"
Desperately as she wanted to avoid conversation with anyone other than Jack, she didn't want to appear rude. But he'd have to walk and talk if he wanted to claim any of her time and attention right now. "Yes, Mason, what is it?" she inquired, barely slowing her pace.

MASON
"Ignore the fact that you think I'm an overconfident jackass for a minute, alright?" he said, easily walking with her. "You need to take it down a notch or two right now. Everyone here is scared out of their minds. They're scared right out of thier god damn minds. You've got to be our constant. When you start getting cold, and worried and whatever else it is you're feeling right now, then other people here are going to start losing hope. And hope is all some of them have right now. Now, what are you looking for?"

"Sorry? When did I become the camp's emotional barometer?" she asked, stopping to look at him. "The fact is that I'm scared as well. I am worried, and I'm terribly sorry if that's an inconvenience to people who a few days ago were no more than trans-Pacific passengers to me. Mason, I can't even keep the peace in my family," she admitted. "How am I supposed to be the morale officer for 40-something strangers?"

Vivian just shook her head, Sure Gwen was one of the Stewardess and got things settled but she wasn’t a miracle worker. She was just a regular person looking to survive and get home. She was just a person and probably just as scared as everyone else, and it wasn’t fair for this person to think she was the solution.
"Sorry? When did I become the camp's emotional barometer? The fact is that I'm scared as well. Well at least she was outspoken, and it sounded like she needed someone to talk to? But in a way Vivian was getting the idea she also wanted or was needed elsewhere. “Excuse me sir I couldn’t help feel your someone important, do I know you? The names Vivian waters, Therapist to the stars. I wanted to know if you needed any representation once we get off this place?”
‘think spoiled and stuck up and gain trust or they walk off with that look on there face. Either way was fine for her, she pulled him along for a talk and looked back to Gwen and winked.
