Once again, sorry for me not making many appearances recently, things are still a bit busy with me and Im trying to juggle everything!

But I still want to play my characters and I will be ready to do the scene with Ethan whenever Im needed but until then I probably wont be able to do much original stuff at the moment!

Okay peoples, just a heads up... We've only got a few more Sawyer/Kate posts and a few more Locke/Jack posts and then we're jumping ahead to evening.

If anybody has any objections, please speak up! I'm hoping for the changeover sometime today.

Alrighty, the Sawyer/Kate/Sayid scene is done so we're ready to do a time jump to evening! I don't have time to do a switch right now as it's two hours past my bedtime but I'll do it as soon as I can tomorrow. Please be patient.

In the mean time, everyone please be sure to get your characters in a good stopping point. I don't wanna mess up any plots you have going. This time jump also affects the Tailies so Tailies, please be sure to speak up if you are in need of time.

Othersville players, I'm not sure what all your plot plans are. I know ya'll have something planned so I just like to ask every now and again about your progress. Please see the Potential Plots thread as I've asked the Others players to discuss some important things regarding the three captured Tailies, etc. If by any chance you're ready to switch days, then we can jump ahead to the next day and just have the Others characters make reference to what they did with the prisoners, thoughts and feelings on the memorial for the one Mr. Eko killed (if they decide to have a memorial, that is).

As the days on the island go by, there are less and less things occurring. There are even some days we can completely skip (days with flashbacks for characters without players and events that don't have much of an effect on the other characters). Day 7 will still be heavy but Day 8 was all about Jin and Sun and according to the timeline, the only thing listed was that Shannon's inhaler ran out. Easily a skipable day. However, I know there's a big plot concerning Ethan, a tiger pit, Gwen, etc. that will take time to RP so we could do that as the events for Day 8. That way, it won't intercept with other important plots from the show.

So, thoughts? Questions? Confusions?

Heh, I love that our original plotline can be boiled down to "Two Girls, A Guy and a Tiger Pit." But obviously all that will have to wait till MM returns from her holiday. Did the whole situation with Sarah need to be handled before jumping to evening, or will she just continue to throw things at Arzt? Which is always fun.

Day 7 focuses on the cave, right? Jack and Kate debating whether they should move there, Locke and Charlie debating the whole drug thing, etc.

Hehe, well, if I still have those involved blessing, I'll have a small part in the whole "Two Girls, A Guy, and a Tiger Pit" scene. All involved are online a lot so we can knock it out pretty fast. In the mean time, those not involved can have Day 8 to do some original RPing for a nice break from transcripting.

The Sarah situation doesn't have to be taken care of. We could say that it was taken care of during the time jump; that someone notified me, I went over, calmed her down, etc. I just have to chat with Oppy and Lee-o about what we think transpired so that we can refer to it in thought during the evening or in future without contradictions. I'm sure Arzt loves to dwell on things and continually bring them up.

Yes, Day 7 is mostly cave stuff and Charlie's drug stuff with Locke. I already have the timeline ready for Day 7.

Maybe she could cause serious bodily harm? But of course that could be just me? All we know is Heidi swooped in and saved the day (Or Artz) unless Artz is a dick and was using force to stop her? Than he might have gained a little more than a headache....

And Locke has a lady on the schedule for when he returns. He said he was going to go look for more water, so I think after the time leap, he'll return for his appointment with Ms Havers.

I think a day change for the others would be good. Help things move along and instead of actually moving the tailies they can just talk about where they moved them too. I think a day change is the best thing for the Others right now.

Also did you guys (Oppy and Kristi) want Jack to check in on Severin or are you guys alright without him (I'll probably have him stop by for a quick house call anyway, just to get some info on how the search went)

Finally, Heidi, I can't remember, did I do a write up for day 9 or not, cause if not I have no problem writing out a detailed timeline for day 9.

Yeah, that would be great if the Doc could make a house call that night after his pep talk to the campers. Either before or after his convo with Kate, doesn't really matter to me.

Alrighty, first off, we've time jumped to evening! Several hours have gone by so I again remind you, you don't need to start your character in the exact place you last had them and/or in the exact same conversation or situation. I only put the big, bold, all caps heading for the change for the threads that had a post within a month or less, which is probably how I'll be announcing time jumps from now on in the locations. Only the day changes will have an announcement on every thread no matter how long it's been since it was used.

On to other things. First of all, Others players, we've got Benny agreeing to a change of day. Other Others players, what say you? Would you at least like a time jump to evening of Day 2? Lemme know and I'll get it set up.

Benny, I looked back and it looks like the last detailed timeline you'd done was for Day 7, so yes, getting your detailed timeline for Day 9 would be great!

Kristi, you'd had Gwen leave the group earlier to find Kate. I last had Kate heading back for the beach area. Did you want to just say that they'd spoken sometime during the time jump or would you like to have them chat now about Jack's whereabouts before he returns?

As far as the little Sarah/Arzt/me situation, we can probably wing it unless you two have any ideas of anything specific said or done.

Hope I'm not leaving anything out. I'm in such a rush... so behind on everything! Gotta run.

It doesn't really matter to me, Heidi. Maybe she could be talking with Kate when Locke returns, and then he can bring them both up to speed on Jack's little vision quest. Or vice versa--Gwen is talking with Locke when Kate comes looking for info on Jack and an update on the water situation. Either way works for me. I'll just leave Gwen hangin' in G3 Camp, probably on bonfire duty again, if y'all are looking for her.

Alrighty, we're ready for a couple different scenes to start as soon as possible and around the same time as the first listed is interrupted by the second listed.

- The Nikki and Paulo scene where they are looking through luggage trying to find their missing bag and Ethan suggesting they look more inland

- Boone sneaking water to Claire leading to the near fight as Jack reappears just in time to stop it and give his speech.


So Benny, there's the signal. After that, just a couple smaller scenes and we're ready for Day 7!

I'm in. Do you want the scene to shift quickly from Jack's shelter to G3 Camp? Since it's a quick cut between Charlie seeing Boone and then tossing him out the tent, so that everyone else can hear him declare that Boone's the thief. Just let me know how you want to handle it.

Also, is the Nikki/Paulo/Ethan scene taking place around this same time or shortly thereafter? 'Cause I know Arzt comes running by with the news about Boone.

Thank you! It really doesn't matter to me, quick shift would be easier to do. But which ever you would rather, I'm on board for either.

ETA the speedy trial and conviction of Boone is currently occurring in G3 Camp, if y'all want to have your characters stop by and react. And you'll be there just in time for Jack's stirring speech when he returns.
