The nursery located in The Staff station. Location found in box D3 below: Each box is 3 miles by 3 miles. It takes an hour to walk 3 miles. But also keep in mind that hiking (like that really steep hill to get to higher ground) will take a heck of a lot longer and that if you're running (like from some jungle thing), that you'll get somewhere faster.

***Pryce and Aldo enter***
RYAN PRYCE
The nursery was, for now, stripped completely bare. A barren, empty room with a pair of chairs strewn on the floor. Pryce roughly tossed the girl down onto the ground, and snapped open one of the chairs and took a seat. He looked over to Aldo with slight contempt. "Go help the others."
Aldo fidgeted uncomfortably. "Oh, ok. What are you going to do?"
"I'm going to wait here until she wakes up. Make sure she doesn't make a run for it. Now get to it!" snapped Pryce.
"OK, I'm going!" whined Aldo, turning and heading out the door. Pryce sighed deeply and ran a hand back over his balding head.

SAMANTHA
Perhaps it was the sudden impact with a concrete floor that made Samantha begin to stir. Or it might have been the raised voice. Could even have been the stale smell of old hospitals, but Samantha was definately waking up.
She found herself lying in an uncomfortable position on a very hard floor. She had been almost face down when her eye's flickered open, but when she found she didn't recognise where she was, she started to push herself up off the floor. Her stomach ached as though she had been kicked by one of her father's horses. Her brain still struggled to piece together what had happened to her.

He clicked his walkie. "Ben, she's awake. I'm in the Staff watching her."
"Good." came the reply. "I'm coming now. Keep an eye on her."
"Mornin', sweetheart. Sorry about the lack of pleasant wake-up call. I'll try and put a chocolate on your pillow next time." he smirked, his eyes wandering over her lustfully.

SAMANTHA
So far she had established she was in a dingy room with bad lighting and stale air. Now it seemed, she had company. Sleazy company too.
"Where am I?" Samantha asked, her voice a little croaky. "Who the hell are you?" She added, slowly getting to her feet.

"Who the hell are you?"
"I'm Ryan Pryce, and I don't play nice." he spat. Hey, that rhymed. "There's a chair over there. You can either sit in it and be a good little girl, or you can try and run...and I can beat you to death with it." His face split into a crooked grin. "What can I say? I'm a wrestlin' fan."

"And clearly you dropped out of charm school too, but at least you have your looks." She countered sarcastically.
The man mountain that was Ryan Pryce sat between her and the door. It crossed her mind to pick the chair up herself and have a go at beating him with it, but she suspected her attempt would resemble Bambi poking a fire breathing dragon with a toothpick. Instead, she opted to sit down and recompose herself. She remembered now, the so called man in charge - Ben - hitting her in the stomach with what she assumed to be a tazer. Though it felt more like a ten thousand volt pylon to her. Apparently his harmless appearance was an illusion.
"So..." There was an awkward silence. "Nice place you have here..."

"And clearly you dropped out of charm school too, but at least you have your looks."
He scoffed, getting a little angry.
"Nice place you have here..."
He folding his muscular arms, smirking a little. "I wouldn't worry 'bout it. We'll probably move ya to the cages soon enough. It's where we keep all the animals who ain't house trained." He looked her up and down a little, licking his lips carefully. "So you fell outta the sky like a nice, hot , cleavage-y angel and landed in someone's back yard. The doc's, yeah? Saint's?"

Samantha didn't bother trying to hide her repulsion over his comments, and the leering look her gave her only made her pull her shirt further over her chest and fold her arms over it to stop him getting an eyefull.
"Have I landed in a village where there are no women or is someone putting something funny in the water that makes you all lascivious creeps?"

"Have I landed in a village where there are no women or is someone putting something funny in the water that makes you all lascivious creeps?"
"Oh, we got woman. We just ain't got no pretty, English broads with good racks." he replied. He leaned forward. "And like Saint is a lasciv...lavis....a creep. That guy ain't human, I'd be surprised if he realized who were a woman."

"Doctor Saint is much more of a gentleman than you'll ever be Mr. Pryce." She stated.
"Now would you mind telling me why we're sat in this dump?"

"Now why on earth would I want to do that?" She ventured. "He's already knocked me out and left me here with the Neanderthal man. What could he possibly do that's worse than that?"

He looked at her briefly. Then he stood, strode over to her and struck her across the face, knocking her off the chair. "He coulda left you with me for a lot longer."

SAMANTHA
Samantha landed on the floor with a heavy thud, her hands palm out in an attempt to lessen the impact. Her cheek felt like it was on fire and there was that old penny taste of blood in her mouth. She was thankful her long hair had fallen down over her face so Pryce couldn't see how much that had hurt her. Hesitantly, she put a hand to her jaw to check it was still attatched. Things had moved onto a different level now. Being held captive in a hospitable environment and being fed pancakes was suddenly the much better option. Perhaps Preston had been right to warn her not to make trouble.
Silently and gracefully, she got back to her feet and sat down on the chair, glaring at Pryce. If he was going to intimidate her, the least she could do in return was not give him the satisfaction of knowing it was working.
"Does hitting a woman make you feel more like a man? I'm sure Freud would have something to say about that."

"Does hitting a woman make you feel more like a man? I'm sure Freud would have something to say about that."
He chuckled, and sat back down. "You know, I read something about Freud. He had this theory that deep down, every man wanted to have sex with his mom." He paused for a moment. "Which is crazy, right? Disgusting. I mean...Freud's mom must be 100 years old!" He spread his arms theatrically, laughing at his own joke.
He was silent for a moment, and then stood and made his way over to her. "So I'm thinking to myself. Does it ring true for women? Do all women wanna...bang some mirror version of their dads? I mean...my mother can't stand me. I can't stand my mother. And my sister, off island, can't stand my father and likewise. So those relationships, are they reliving themselves over and over through different people? Maybe."
He crouched down, and seized her by the hair. He yanked her head up to look at him. "Guess it doesn't matter. Because here, in this room...I'm...your... daddy!"
***Ben enters from Othersville***
"Ryan." came the lone voice of the smaller man. Pryce sighed, and stood.
"Sir, I was just watchin' her-"
"We must both have wildly contrasting opinions of what 'watching' is, in that case, Ryan. Wait outside."
"Sir, she ain't even bound, I oughta-"
"Ryan, please don't make me ask again."
Pryce nodded, and then went to stand outside the door, shutting it behind him.
***Pryce leaves for the corridor***
BEN LINUS
He walked over to the woman. Pryce. Useful, but so brutish. He kneeled next to her. "Are you OK?"

SAMANTHA
There had only been a few moments in Samantha's life where she was truly frightened. Right now ranked up there with the worst of them. Ryan Pryce was a nasty piece of work who clearly enjoyed hurting people. When he grabbed a hold of Samantha's hair and yanked her head back, she gasped and stared at him wide eyed in fear.
She never thought that seeing Ben again would actually have been a relief. And while the illustrious leader gave his pet bulldog a dressing down, Samantha used the distraction to try and see what lay beyond the open door. Though sadly, a view of corridor walls wasn't very helpful.
"Are you OK?"
Samantha almost laughed. "You're kidding, right?"

"You're kidding, right?"
"I feel I have to apologise for Ryan's behaviour. He can be a little enthusiastic." he explained gently. "Also, I'm not sure I introduced myself correctly." He extended his hand to her with a polite smile. "Hi. I'm Benjamin Linus. Pleased to meet you."

SAMANTHA
Samantha looked at his out-stretched hand as if it were a piece of rotten meat. The look of disgust didn't change when she made eye contact.
"No, I think you introduced yourself pefectly well outside." Was her contemptuous reply. "As I recall, you knocked me out with a stun gun and kidnapped me; which, I am assuming, seems to be the thing to do in these parts." She turned away and stared at the wall in front of her.
"I'd say I have the measure of who you are from that, thank you very much. So you can take your hand away from me now."

"I'd say I have the measure of who you are from that, thank you very much. So you can take your hand away from me now."
He looked merely disappointed. "Now you're being impolite." He withdrew his hand, and then went to stand by the chair. "I do apologise, this enire sequence of events is simple bad luck on your part. Now, if you'd please answer a few questions, I'd be more than happy to transfer to somewhere a lot more comfortable."
