Severin's Shelter Location found in box G3 below: Each box is 3 miles by 3 miles. It takes an hour to walk 3 miles. But also keep in mind that hiking (like that really steep hill to get to higher ground) will take a heck of a lot longer and that if you're running (like from some jungle thing), that you'll get somewhere faster.

DREAM
Severin was wrapped in a dark, dashing tuxedo that he just about managed to carry off. He smiled simply down at his fine Italian shoes, the black colour contrasted sharply against the green, wide grassy field he was standing in. He didn't question what was happening, or how it was happening. He just looked up at the blue sky, and then turned at the sound of a car horn being honked.
There was a road, a simple tarmac path that wound upwards into the trees. A smooth, long black limo, with one person standing outside it. Gwendolyn, looking beautiful in a green dress with her hair bundled up. He approached her. "Gwen?"
"Obviously." she said with a smile.
He laughed lightly. Things were so...odd, and simple. "What's happening? Are we going somewhere?"
"Of course, you're coming with me. We have somewhere to be."
"Where?"
And then, another familiar voice interrupted. "It's a surprise, Sev." The driver had wound down the window, showing Phillip Kirby in a chauffeur outfit with his usual smile. He tipped his hat professionally. "Now I'd get in the car, if I were you."
Gwen took him gently by the arm, guiding him into the backseat and closing the door behind them. The car began to move steadily, with no real feeling of it going in any real direction at all. “Are you going to tell me?”
“Darling, if I told you, it wouldn’t be a surprise,” grinned Gwen, before conspiratorially whispering, “It’s a wedding. We’re invited.”
“Ah, I see.”
“I know, other people’s weddings are usually awfully boring, but everyone you know will be there.”
Kirby called back to them. “That’s absolutely right, Sev. Everyone you can think of.”
The car stopped abruptly, jolting him in his seat a little. The door was opened, and the light from outside blinded him for a moment. He slowly and gingerly stepped outside, Gwen still holding his arm.
His eyes adjusted to the light quickly, noticing that all the people around him…seemed to glow. Like angels. Gwen glowed, Kirby glowed, the faceless guests glowed. He didn’t.
He slowly walked up the aisle, guided by Gwen and followed by Kirby. And then he saw the hair of the bride, knowing who it was before she turned around. The long, flowing red hair that blew in the wind as she turned to face him with a lively smile. “Leonora,” he began, a mixture of confusion and euphoria hitting him as she walked wordlessly towards him.
He put his arms out for her, expecting her to walk into his arms. After all, it’s what should happen. And then, a thick arm separated them. An arm that led up to the broad-shouldered, bearded figure of Kelvin Inman. Father Kelvin Inman, according to his priest’s outfit. “Hey, Sev. Now, I know what you’re thinking, that this is all a little weird. But hey, it’s ok!”
A thinner, more slender arm snaked up around Leonora’s shoulders. That arm belonged to Patrick Caseon, who grinned widely. “You’ve been a good boy, Sev,” remarked Caseon. “You’ve failed at a lot of things, yeah. You’re not a great human being, but one thing can be said for you. You’re loyal. She’s been gone for years now…you’ve stayed loyal. You still consider her as alive.”
Severin took several steps back, a disgusting feeling worming in his gut. Caseon continued. “But Sev, mate, have you ever wondered…”
Severin turned around to question Gwen and Kirby. But he wasn’t there anymore. He was in a desert, sand stretching for miles around him. But that didn’t matter much. Leonora was in front of him. No wedding dress. No smile. Just mud and filth and pale skin and ragged clothes and dead eyes. “If I’d do the same for you?”
She suddenly grabbed at his face with cold, clammy hands.
END DREAM
Severin's eyes snapped open as he breathed rapidly, sweat slick on his body. The heat was killing him. The heat, and the pain-killers were doing this. Especially the heat. In the night, he'd had to toss his shirt off. It even felt like the heat was boring into his wound, widening it. He slapped his hands to his face, wiping the sweat away.

JACK
***Jack enters from the beach***
He walked slowly to limit the amount of noise he was making. He didn't want to barge in if Severin was resting. But he also didn't want to startled him, which is why he said softly, "Morning," as he entered the tent.

JACK
"Oh. Hello, doctor."
He smiled and nodded, and as he did so, he opened up his medical kit. Jack wasn't much for small talk so he decided to get to the point. "Gwen told me you guys were in pretty deep," Jack said referring to the jungle, "Did you actually take an arrow to the leg?" Jack asked as if he wasn't completely convinced.

"Did you actually take an arrow to the leg?"
"It may have been a particularly sharp branch. My memory is slightly hazy from the pain-killers." he said. "I do remember the pain, though."

"I do remember the pain, though."
Jack nodded, "Its not exactly the best part is it?" Jack asked not expecting an answer. "Alright," Jack said licking his lips and observing his surroundings. "Let's take a look then."

"I think the best part is the morphine. Although I've noticed a lack of it on this island." he commented, closing his eyes.

JACK
He let out a faint laugh as he took a look at Severin's leg, "Well I hate to say it, but the most I've got is mild pane killers." Jack was silent as he examined the leg. He carefully cut off the bandages with a small pair of scissors to take a better look at the wound. "Well it definitely wasn't a branch, the cut is too clean, but there are some jagged marks, it must have been a very rusted pieces of metal." Jack explained. "The wound's deep, I'm surprised is didn't hit your Sural arteries." Jack hesitated as he realized that not everyone knew their anatomy. "A series of arteries that travel behind the knee cap and calf muscle," Jack clarified.

"Ah." he said dryly. "Of course, thank God. Take my arm, anything but the sural arterties."
He looked up, and asked, "Do you know how long it'll be until I walk?"

"Of course, thank God. Take my arm, anything but the sural arteries."
Jack smiled, "Point taken," he joked, letting out a faint laugh. "But I couldn't see you making it back to camp alive had you severed them." Jack grabbed a piece of cloth and a bottle of alcohol.
"Do you know how long it'll be until I walk?"
"Well I can't exactly give you a tetanus shot in case of infection," Jack said pouring the alcohol on the cloth. "Odds are, without any proper medication I would have to take your leg off, but..." Jack paused for a moment as he slowly and carefully placed the cloth on the wound, "Sorry, I can't promise this won't hurt," Jack said as he tried clean out the wound and the dried blood around it. "...But I can give you some Cephalexin. Its an antibiotic that'll fight off the infection right away. The only downside is I can't give you any painkillers more powerful then Advil because the antibiotic doesn't react well with strong painkillers." Jack explained as eh continued to clean out the wound. "Give it about a week and you should be walking fine, but you should make sure that you do not put any pressure on your leg for at least a couple of days. And that includes walking."

"Thank you, doctor."
Jack applied a new bandage on Severin's leg and wiped off his hands with a towel. "Alright then," Jack said standing up and motioning to leave the tent. He stopped himself midway and turned back to Severin. "So how did it go out there?" Jack asked, "Did you guys find what you were looking for?" He asked as if he didn't already know what they were looking for.

***Gwen enters***
"I do hope you're decent, Darling. I brought breakfast," she said, ducking into the shelter. She started a bit once she noticed Jack there as well. "Oh, Jack, hi. Thought you lot might have set off already."
Observing the fresh bandages on Severin's leg, she was relieved that Jack had finally found time for a consult. "So how's the patient?" she asked.

"Oh, Jack, hi. Thought you lot might have set off already."
Jack smiled and nodded a friendly hello. "Well we would be if it wasn't for me," he joked.
"So how's the patient?"
"Well..." Jack started as he zipped up his backpack. "The wound's looking pretty ugly," he admitted, "But he should be fine so long as he takes his pills." Jack turned to look at Severin, "Which by the way, you gotta take one pill twice a day."

"Breakfast of champions," she smiled, handing Severin the plate of mango and banana. Then she turned back to Jack. "So one pill twice a day. I'm guessing keep changing the bandages and keep him off his feet. Anything else?" she asked.

"Breakfast of champions,"
"Ah, room service. I've discovered a perk of being incapacitated at last." he said, smiling and taking the food from her. "Thank you, very much."
"So one pill twice a day. I'm guessing keep changing the bandages and keep him off his feet. Anything else?"
He sat up slightly, looking up at Jack for an answer.

Jack shook his head, "Nope that's it. But if he starts to develop a rash or gets a fever call out for me right away, alright?"
