All areas inside the hatch known as Station 3, The Swan.  Location found in box E4 below: Each box is 3 miles by 3 miles. It takes an hour to walk 3 miles. But also keep in mind that hiking (like that really steep hill to get to higher ground) will take a heck of a lot longer and that if you're running (like from some jungle thing), that you'll get somewhere faster. |

The words 'system failure' booming over the loudspeaker, drilling out all other thoughts. Oh Jesus God.
Red letters, now in place of the normal timer that counted down the end of the world. Red letters.
He frantically punched the numbers in, but it was too late. System failure all over the screen. System failure. System Failure. System Failure.
He silently prayed, his mind racing as he jammed his finger down on the execute button. Not working. God, why wasn't it working???
Everything metal was flying towards the wall. The exercise bike, weights, knives, forks, spoons, darts, everything! Towards the damn wall.
The wall that made his fillings hurt. The electromagnetic station. The incident. The numbers. Kelvin. The black light wall. Our mutual friend.
He'd never read it. He couldn't die. He had to read every last word. He had to tell Penny. He had to tell her everything he had to.
It couldn't be over. It couldn't.
He pushed in the numbers and pressed execute.
